About this summary
SwimMeetOS is for organisers who design, host and run swimming meets. This summary is information about the product as it works today. It is not a signed contract schedule. It exists so that the platform-wide policies are not read as if every product behaved like SwimClubOS.
1. What SwimMeetOS processes
- Meet programmes, sessions, events and rules.
- Entries and competitor details the meet host needs: names, club, age or year of birth, competition category, seed times.
- Results, disqualifications, awards and reports.
- Officials' names, contact details, availability and allocations where the host uses officials tools.
- Meet finance records such as entry totals and invoice status.
- Optional dietary, parking or accessibility details only where a host turns those fields on. Hosts should avoid collecting more than they need.
2. How it is separated
SwimMeetOS records are stored in the SwimNexus platform database and are scoped to the host organisation. SwimMeetOS does not use a separate database per host (unlike SwimClubOS clubs). Access depends on organisation membership and meet permissions, checked on the server.
3. Public output
Live results and published reports may show competitor name, club, age group, event, time, place and disqualification status. Officials' contact details and optional dietary or accessibility details are not published. The meet host controls what is published and when.
4. Roles
The meet host is controller of the entries, results and officials information it handles. SwimNexus is its processor for that information, and is controller only for its own account, support and security records. The Provider Access Policy and the Customer Data Export and Exit Policy apply across the platform.
5. Not claimed
- No signed SwimMeetOS agreement bundle is published yet; the SwimClubOS agreements do not cover SwimMeetOS.
- The operator has confirmed encrypted offsite backups for club data. Confirmation that the SwimMeetOS platform data is part of that backup set has not been recorded here, so no backup claim is made for SwimMeetOS.
- No certification, independent testing or uptime commitment applies.
