A useful quote separates recurring software and hosting charges from one-off work such as importing records, preparing content or training volunteers. It also sets out what ongoing support covers.
Payment processing, domain registration, Microsoft 365 and other third-party services can carry their own charges and requirements. These should be identified separately from SwimNexus costs.
Availability and rollout are product specific. SwimClubOS onboarding, SwimMeetOS testing and league requirements are discussed before a commitment.
