Make a data-protection complaint

Use this form for a complaint to SwimNexus as controller, for example about your SwimNexus account or this website. If your complaint is about a swimming club's membership records, that club is normally the controller. Say which it is and we will route it.

SwimNexus will acknowledge a complaint made to it as controller within 30 days, investigate without undue delay and write with the outcome. You can also contact the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
